I’m continuing with these episodes to find out how well we are going to do with purchasing broken watches, repairing them, and “flipping” them for a profit…
In this episode, I’m working on a Hampden Molly Stark model. This is a tri color gold filled pendant case. These were decorative ladies watches typically sold in the early 1900s, and almost always had an inexpensive movement in them. This is the case with the watch I’m restoring here.
This watch was purchased about 10 years ago, for about $40.00.
Let’s see how it turns out.
