Jules Jergensen Watch Restoration

In this video, I go over the process of servicing this vintage mechanical automatic Jules Jergensen watch that would not run….  The culprit turned out to be a dry watch and a lot of fuzz that made its way into the movement.

This watch is an older ETA movement, and because of that, you will find that it is a bit more difficult to service then most of the newer ETA watch movements we see more of today.  None the less, it needed a good cleaning and timing.

You’ll note that I also put in a new mainspring, as it would help keep the watch running good.
